The Construction Electricity program focuses on residential and commercial wiring. Students will learn how to read blueprints, size electrical panels, rough wiring, and much more. Students will utilize the skills learned in class in the building of the CTC House project. Through the two year course, students have the ability to earn credit of up to two years of the four years required to complete the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Apprenticeship Training Program.

The need for electricians will continue as
long as people need electricity. The
employment of electricians is predicted to
grow 9% from 2024-2034. Which is much
faster than average. 9% doesn’t seem
like a lot but that's about 77,400 job
opportunities.
