Deadlines
All Submission Deadlines have passed!
We will continue to accept ads through Friday November 10, 2023. These ads will be accepted on a first come first served basis. If we receive enough ads to fill the required additional pages we will accept and process those ads. If we do not, we will return the ad with the payment submission.
To secure an ad spot you must submit the completed ad form, payment/deposit for the ad, and any physical photos the yearbook staff will need to scan to create the ad.
If we are able to accommodate your ad, you will receive a link to a Google Folder to submit any digital images and your ad message(s).
Absolutely no ads will be accepted after November 10th.

What do you turn in?
The following items must be physically turned into the school to purchase a senior baby ad:
Physical Order Form (completed)
Payment/Deposit for the Ad
Physical Photographs (any physical photographs that the yearbook staff will need to scan in to create your ad).
What happens next?
Once your ad submission is received...
The yearbook adviser will process the paperwork. This usually takes two business days to complete.
Once your ad submission has been processed, the purchaser, will receive an email confirming that the ad was received with a Google Folder Link. The purchaser will use the Google Folder Link to submit their ad message(s) as well as upload any digital photographs to be included in the design.
Submit items to the Google Folder Link (or email them to Mrs. Hutchinson) by the deadline provided in the purchaser confirmation email (and listed above).
Proofing Process
All proofs will be emailed. It is very important that your order form contains an email address that you check regularly. The yearbook staff will begin sending out proofs in (mid) November. Pages will be sent as they are completed, we will not send all the proofs out at one time.
Within 24 hours of receiving the proof you must call 240.236.8148 or email theresa.hutchinson@fcps.org with any changes to your ad.
Payment Options
The yearbook staff provides full, half, and thirds payment options. If you have chosen the half or thirds payment options please know that the yearbook staff does not provide 'payment reminders'. It is the purchasers responsibility to complete the ad payments by the January 6, 2023 deadline.
Photo Return
If physical pictures were submitted, they will be returned to the student during yearbook distribution.
