Physical Education Extension March 30th-April 3rd
Hello Fourth Graders!
Grab two dice from your favorite board game or make a couple with paper.
....and crush our fitness challenge.
Be sure to do each exercise for 45 seconds!
B-R-U-N-S-W-I-C-K S-T-R-O-N-G has 15 letters so do 15 rounds!
For Example say Ms. Fletcher rolls one dice and gets a 5 then rolls her second dice or rolls again and gets 5 she then knows 5+5=10 so she must find 10 on the google slide below and now knows she must do 45 seconds of Push-Ups for her first round!
~You can also play your favorite tunes during these exercises like Mr. Williams all time favorite: Eye of The Tiger.~
