College Credit

Students can earn up to 8 college credits either at FCC or at other institutions across the country.

FCC - Biotechnology Program

Students with an A/B in all 4 biomed classes can earn the following 8 credits:

BIOT 103: Lab Techniques I

BIOT 110: Biotechnology Measurements

BIOT 140: Biotechnology and Society

Transcripted credit from PLTW affiliate colleges

Earn credit and transfer it to other institutions.

Students who complete all four courses in the Project Lead the Way Biomedical Sciences program and earn a passing score on the EOCs can apply to receive credit for Stevenson University’s

BIO 113 General Biology I: Cell Biology and Genetics lecture and laboratory courses (4 credits)

BIO 222 Human Anatomy (4 credits)
