When and where does the Science and Engineering Fair take place?
Date: Saturday March 21, 2026
Location: Tuscarora High School - 5312 Ballenger Creek Pike Frederick, MD 21703
Project Set-up: 8:30-9:30 am
Presentation Times: 9:30-11:30 am
Projects need to be removed by 12:00 pm.
The STEM Showcase with interactive, hands-on activities and demonstrations will be open from 9:00-11:30 am.
PLEASE NOTE! Space Requirements - The display may be no more than five feet high, three feet wide and two feet from front to back.
Electricity - To ensure a consistent experience for all students and viewers, access to electrical outlets are not guaranteed.

The deadline to register for 2027 will be populated in January 2027. Registration for 2026 is closed.
For scheduling purposes, if you and/or your student need an ASL or other language interpreter please complete the registration form by March 1, 2026.

Group Projects - Each student within the group needs to register online and indicate their group members.
If maximum capacity is reached prior to the registration deadline - registration will be closed early. We encourage all participants to register and REGISTER EARLY!
