Equity, Disproportionality & Design Website
ED&D created a collection of tools and services called the Equity Dispro Data System (EDDS) project. The EDDS Project is designated to help school leaders use data to promote equity for students with disabilities. The project was build on the belief that successful outcomes rely not only on the availability of data, but also on the relationship with educators using it.
State Performance Plan Technical Assistance Project (SPP-TAP) Website
Funded by the CDE through a contract to the Napa County Office of Education, the overall purpose of the project is to provide a system of technical assistance for LEAs working to address performance and compliance problems relating to disproportionality and significant disproportionality.
Desired Results Access Project Website
This project supports special educators, administrators, and families in implementing the CDE's Desired Results Development Profile (DRDP) for:
Infants and toddlers with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs); and
Preschool-age children with IEPs.
Providing assistance on behalf of the CDE Special Education Division to support the direction, initiatives and activities that are a part of the State Performance Plan (SPP) related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Indicators.

CalECSE is a technical assistance (TA) project funded under the CDE that will support LEAs, SELPAs, County Offices of Education, and other Agency Partners in the areas of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C to B Transitions, Preschool Assessment Practices, and Preschool Child Find by providing TA, professional learning, and demonstration of tangible practices.
