At FLDUSD, we know that learning continues long after the school bell rings. Thanks to ASES, ASSETs, 21st CCLC, and ELOP funding, our after-school and expanded day programs give students a safe, supportive space to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Guided by our mission and vision, we’re here to spark curiosity, build confidence, and help every child thrive.

At Firebaugh-Las Deltas Unified School District, we believe learning continues far beyond the classroom. Our Expanded Learning Programs (ELP) provide all students with safe, engaging, and enriching opportunities before and after school every day, across all our sites:
Bailey Primary
Arthur E. Mills Intermediate
Firebaugh Middle School (FMS)
Firebaugh High School (FHS)
Supported through ASES (After School Education and Safety), ASSETs (After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens), 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC), and ELOP (Expanded Learning Opportunities Program) funding, our programs are rooted in our district’s mission and vision: to nurture the whole child, build essential academic and life skills, and prepare every student to thrive in school and beyond.
Whether it’s homework help, hands-on STEM projects, sports, creative arts, or leadership clubs, our goal is the same at every site:
-Create a safe and welcoming space
-Inspire curiosity and a love of learning
-Support social-emotional growth and positive relationships
-Equip students with 21st-century skills for college, career, and life
Together with families, staff, and community partners, we’re proud to offer programs that empower every Firebaugh student to discover, create, and succeed
