Please be aware that I do not check my emails after hours, over the weekends, or during holidays.

Personal Information:

      Hi! My name is Melodie Still. I have been teaching High School Science in the private and public school systems for more than 26 years.  I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C.,  and my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Lander University in Greenwood, S.C. This is my 14th year teaching Chemistry at Fox Creek High School and I LOVE it! 

      My husband and I have been married for more than 33 years and have three children. All three of my children attended and graduated from Fox Creek High School. My oldest son Harper is in the U.S. Coast Guard and is stationed in Port Arthur, Texas. He and his wife just had my first grandchild! My middle child Claire and her husband live in San Diego, CA. Jennings, my youngest child, and his wife live in North Augusta. He works as a Security Police Officer I for Centerra at SRS.  We are members of TrueNorth Church and have been on several mission trips. We have MANY pets! We have a sweet rescue dog named Lucy,  a Chocolate Lab named Bonnie, two rescue cats (one named Maisel and the other one named Biscuits), and 14 chickens. 

          Besides spending time with my family, I have several hobbies. I like to knit, crochet, and do other crafts. I also love to travel! During the summer, I make jams and jellies, can vegetables, and make relish. I love spending time at Lake Murray with my parents and going on our annual family beach trips to Edisto Beach.
