Louis Naude is a former professor and head of the previous Dept of Orthopedagogics and Specialized Education and head of the Unit for Neuropsychological Research at the Faculty of Education at the University of Stellenbosch (US )

He resigned at the US in 1995 and with Ydalette du Toit started with a learning centre called LOGEIN, to “guide according to the Word”.  For the past 27 years they are offering intervention in developmental and learning disorders, family therapy, study guidance and Christ-centred counselling in the Western Cape.

For many years Logein closely worked with a training mission organization, the Foundation for Cross-cultural Education (FCE) in preparing Christian student teachers in key aspects of remedial education.  Prof Naude was also involved in an online B.Ed. degree programme offered by the University of FCE.
