How do we help parents understand how to navigate Schoology?
All parents are enrolled in a parent-specific training course including how to navigate, view student assignments, grades, and mastery. Log on to Schoology to see the parent training course.
Why can’t parents see some student docs or assignments?
With Google Drive Assignments parents will not be able to view unless the student shares the assignment or parents view the assignment from the student account/Chromebook.
Do parents receive a summary of their child(ren)’s activity in Schoology?
Yes, but only if parents turn on the reports. See here for directions on how parents can change when the summary is emailed.
