 Summer Conditioning Sessions: 

• Start Date: June 2nd 

• Days: Tuesday,  Wednesday, & Thursday 

• Time: 9:30 am-11:30 am

• Location: Fayette Co. HS- Bus Loop Practice Field

• Rising 8th graders are allowed to participate in summer workouts

Participation Requirements

~All athletes must have a current physical and required forms uploaded to RankOne in order to participate in conditioning and tryouts.        ----> Click Here for more RankOne information.

~Current 8th graders (rising freshmen) can condition & tryout in the spring.  

~Current 7th graders (rising 8th graders) can participate in summer conditioning & tryout in the fall.

*Athletes must have a mouth piece/guard, wear black shorts & white shirt, and appropriate athletic shoes (composite cleats are strongly advised during conditioning & tryouts)

Athletic Fees
