Welcome to FBHS! 

Welcome to AVID. We will be working on developing the skills to be successful in life including doing well at FBHS, giving back to the community and learning to balance the deamnds of work/sports/school/ life. 

Most of the weeks will be silimar schedule in that we will be learning critical thinking skills, organization skills and working on an effecient way to study for FBHS classes. The curriculum is supplied by AVID so that every AVID student acros the US has the same information and skills. In fact, they can be hired in college to be an AVID tutor in local high schools!
