Help plan and organize this year's Trunk or Treat! Last year we had over 100 kids participate! We want to use this chance to engage the community with the Gospel. Trunk or Treat is Sunday, October 25th from 6-7pm. There will be snacks, hot chocolate, amazing trunks and a chance to share the Gospel, but we need your help!  The time commitment is only between 4-6 hours, and then helping the day of the event.  Please note, being part of this group does not prevent you from participating with a trunk, but may make it difficult.

The Project Crew Group is for those who would like to help with church and community projects.  We are hoping to accomplish three types of projects as they arise, including:

1. Community Projects.  We will seek to help individuals in the community (ex, elderly, widows, single moms) who have some handyman type repairs if we are made aware of needs.  We do have one project in particular that an elderly couple would like to pay to complete construction on a garage. The payment received will be a fundraiser for El Club in Juarez.

2. Church Body Care Projects.  The body care group will direct any project needs to our crew for assistance.  These types of projects are typically some household care items for those in the church who need some extra help because of life circumstances. For example, a church member needs help with leaf removal because of a recent hospitalization or an elderly church attendee needs a branch cut after a windstorm, etc.

3. Church Projects.  This group will also be able to assist the church with their projects list.  Higher priority church projects will be scheduled for this group session and lower priority items can be worked on as group participants have availability.

The group will have three dinner meetings over the course of the session - Oct. 14, Nov. 4, Dec. 2 starting at 5:30pm.  Project work can be completed when individual group members have availability and you can select which projects you’d like to participate in.

Come hang out and hear a  testimony or devotional on becoming a godly man!  Our first event is a bonfire at EDCO Park, complete with hot dogs and marshmallows!

A group dedicated to all things yarn!  Crocheting, knitting, needlepoint, embroidery, etc., and also life stories and Bible stories!  If you'd like to learn a new skill or are just looking to finish a project come join us!

Our heart is to create a welcoming place where caregivers can find encouragement, build friendships, and enjoy community while their little ones learn, play, and grow together. Each gathering includes free play, storytime, and a simple activity or craft for you and your child to enjoy together.

A six-week class to review, plan, and prepare for facilitating the evangelistic series for unbelievers called Exploring Christianity.

Meeting Info: Sundays after church (11:45am-1pm) Oct. 11th and 18th, Nov. 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd.
Afterwards  a 7-week course for unbelievers (dates decided by those in the group).  

This 6 week study will help build your understanding of the Bible, page by page, using the Swedish Bible study method!   Take  the next step in your personal time with God by learning a study method that has proved effective for the leaders and past participants.

The Practice of Prayer centers on developing a living practice of prayer rather than treating it primarily as a theoretical or academic subject.This is an independent study group that will meet three times over the course of the term for discussion, reflection, guidance, and prayer. Between meetings, the work consists of listening to selected lectures, completing outside reading that supports the formation of consistent prayer habits, and prayer.
