Dr. Katie Frugé
Katie is the Director of the Center for Cultural Engagement and the Christian Life Commission for Texas Baptists. Her passion is to help people to engage with their communities. She will present "How to Best Use AI" during all four breakout sessions.
Jennifer Howington
Jennifer is the Childhood Ministry Specialist for Texas Baptists. She has served in this role since 2021. Prior to this position, she served churches in childhood ministries.
She will present "Best Practices in Childhood Ministry" during all four breakout sessions.
Dr. Richard Ross
Richard serves as the Senior Professor of Student Ministry
at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary since 2000.
He has over 30 years of experience in student ministry and
is excited to share "Best Practices for Student Ministry" during
all four breakout sessions.
Pastor Chris Wright
Chris served as Senior Pastor of South Hills Baptist Church for 10 years. South Hills and Redemption City recently merged into Redemption City Church, where he now serves as Senior Associate Pastor. He will present "Developing Friendships in the Church" during Breakouts 3 and 4.
Dr. Aaron Summers
Aaron is our host pastor for this event. He has served in pastoral ministry for 27 years in Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Dr. David Hardage
David is the church liaison with Texas Baptists on Mission to lead efforts in church engagement with TBM. He will be our keynote speaker during Main Session 1. TBM is also our lunch sponsor.
Dr. Ronny Marriott
Ronny serves as lead pastor of FBC Burleson and is the current President of the Baptist General Convention of Texas. He has extensive experience in church and organizational leadership. He will be our keynote speaker for Main Session 2.
