This is where you will upload your resume and cover letter
In the space provided to explain what your ideal placement would look like, please also list any of the partners from the LTAC-WBL website that you would like your resume and cover letter sent to for consideration.
Your parent and LTAC counselor must sign off on the form- They will get an email to electronically sign.
Be sure to select Mary Jones (Nicki.jones@fayette.kyschools.us) as your WBL Coordinator.
Be sure to select Jennifer Berk as the Counselor if the option is available.
