About Our Library
Winburn's library contains over 7,585 print books. You can view our online catlog and access your account in Destiny. Students have access to 4,036 eBooks and 842 audioboooks through Sora. Mackinvia has over 1500 eBooks and 500 audiobooks for students. Our library also has a variety of art, engineering, and science makerspaces available for students and staff.

This is my 22nd year as the Library Media Specialist at Winburn Middle School and 28th year as a teacher in Fayette County. I taught 5th grade for five years at Deep Springs Elementary and 1st grade for one year at Southern Elementary.
I earned my Bachelor in Arts in Elementary Education and Masters in Library and Information Science at the University of Kentucky.
I love to read, spend time outside when the weather is nice, and attend musicals or plays.
My favorite vacation spot is Pawley's Island and Litchfield Beach in South Carolina.

Our school community will have the opportunity read the same book at the same time. Look for daily clues about the book to see if you can guess what we will be reading. You recieve your books on August 25th!
