Why Choose the Biomedical Pathway?
Students enrolled in a Biomedical Pathway gain more than scientific knowledge, they build essential life skills that prepare them for any future career. Through hands-on labs, teamwork, and real-world problem solving, students lean how to think critically, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively.
Students will develop strong time management and organizational skills as they investigate medical cases, practice professional lab techniques, and complete project-based assignments. By engaging with healthcare professionals and exploring career pathways, students who strengthen their confidence, adaptability, and leadership.
This pathway empowers student with the practical skills, professionalism, and mindset needed to succeed in college, the workforce and beyond.
What is HOSA?
HOSA once stood for Health Occupation Students of America, now is coined Future Healthcare Professionals as the organization became worldwide in 2010 now boosting over 250,000 members.
HOSA‘s Mission:
The mission of HOSA is to empower Future Healthcare Professionals to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience.
