All sections must be completed to be have the students application reviewed by OMC admission for acceptance into the program.

Step 2 - Student Section
The applying student must complete this portion of the form.
Step 3 - Student Interview
The interview directions will be shared once the application is completed.
Once accepted into the OMC program, students will need to finish the application process with Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
Step 4 - Applying to Bluegrass Community and Technical College
The applying student must complete this portion of the form.
Step 5 - BCTC Placement Tests
Students who are accepted into the program may be required to take a college placement exam given before scheduling for college classes. Students who have met benchmark scores on the ACT will be able to use those scores for college course selection.
Step 6 - Scheduling of College Courses
OMC will arrange scheduling sessions for college courses before the school year begins.
