If you have moved out of Morton’s attendance zone during the pandemic, please fill out an “out of area” request form. In most cases, students will receive permission to finish the school year at Morton. If you are out of area and wish to return in person to Morton, you will need to provide your own transportation.

Most work will be done utilizing technology due to the possible transition from in-person to virtual.

**Doors open after 8:45am. No before school care will be offered at this time.**
Arrival and Dismissal Locations
Bus Riders: Front door
Car Riders: Providence side door near
Walkers: Cassidy side door
Dismissal will begin at 4:00pm daily.

Daily Student Materials
Everyday students will need:
2 clean face masks (one to wear, extra in backpack)
A fully charged school issued Chromebook with charger.
Refillable water bottle with secure lid to limit spills (all students will receive a FCPS water bottle).
Contact Tracing
Families are required to report positive COVID cases within 24 hours or by phone (859-381-3277).
Close contacts to positive COVID cases will be notified via phone and written communication.
A close contact is anyone that was within six feet of a person with COVID-19 for 15 minutes or more, regardless of mask wearing.
The school community will also receive written notification.
Communication
If you are not receiving messages from Morton/FCPS, please confirm that your email address is correct in the IC Parent Portal to receive school/district announcements.
