Is student making healthy choices? Fueling the body, fuels the mind.
Arrival
Students will arrive and enter through the front entrance. The building opens at 8:35 am. Students have the 8:35-9:00 time to seek assistance and understanding of concepts, make-up missed assessments, complete missing work, or socialize with their grade level peers in the gym. We will also be utilizing the 8:35-9:00 time for teacher office hours to support students.
Dismissal
Students will be dismissed after 3:55 pm. We start dismissal with announcements followed by the dismissal of bus riders. After the first wave of bus riders have cleared the hallway, we will dismiss car riders and walkers.

Lockers and Chromebooks...
Students will be using lockers this school year, if they wish. Students are also allowed to carry their backpacks. Students will visit lockers in the morning, lunch, and at the end of the school day.
Chromebooks were distributed on the first day of school. Please be sure to charge your Chromebook each night and return with the Chromebook and charger each school day.

The district has forms referenced below as a digital option to all families. Infinite Campus will track the status of each form referenced below. Forms will be translated into our top 7 languages.
FCPS will send an acknowledgement form that parents complete to acknowledge they understand they can opt out of the following items if they want, but they must visit the fcps.net/forms to do so or contact the school for a paper form.

Llegada
Los estudiantes llegarán y entrarán por la entrada principal. El edificio abre a las 8:35 am. Los estudiantes tienen el tiempo de 8:35 a 9:00 para buscar ayuda y comprensión de los conceptos, recuperar las evaluaciones perdidas, completar el trabajo perdido o socializar con sus compañeros de nivel de grado en el gimnasio. Despido
Los estudiantes saldrán después de las 3:55 pm. Comenzamos el despido con anuncios seguidos por el despido de los pasajeros del autobús. Después de que la primera ola de pasajeros de autobús haya despejado el pasillo, despediremos a los pasajeros de automóviles y peatones.

Taquillas y Chromebooks...
Los estudiantes usarán casilleros este año escolar, si así lo desean. Los estudiantes también pueden llevar sus mochilas. Los estudiantes visitarán los casilleros en la mañana, durante el almuerzo y al final del día escolar.
Se distribuyeron Chromebooks el primer día de clases. Asegúrese de cargar su Chromebook cada noche y regrese con el Chromebook y el cargador cada día escolar.
