We still have many students who have not signed up for Remind! Remember this is the fastest way to get information and you can translate it into various languages. Please do the following ASAP!

I will send daily updates and important information through this app/website. To get signed up please click the link below! Good afternoon families!
My name is Melinda Caudill and I will be teaching your student for remote learning for the rest of the school year starting February 16th if the board proceeds with current plans. I am so excited to be working remotely with your students. I wanted to take a moment to send you some information about myself and let you know a little bit about how this is going to work.
I am in my 17th year of teaching and I helped open Liberty Elementary, so I have been here since the beginning. This year I have been teaching traditional Kindergarten, but have prior experience in grades K, 1, 2, the English portion of Spanish Immersion, and intervention. Technology is a passion of mine and I am excited to make online learning fun and exciting for your kids!
I will be teaching Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second grade. While this may seem overwhelming, I am used to managing 60 students in Spanish Immersion and will have less students than in the past. As of today, there will be 16 K's, 12 1'st graders, and 13 2nd graders working remotely! I will be sending you more information in smaller chunks leading up to the 16th such as your new google classroom link, daily schedule, communication links, etc. I will do my best to keep your student engaged and give them a high-quality learning experience. Please make sure you are checking your emails daily. Please let me know if you have questions as we get closer to the 16th!
