Beyond the Numbers

• The Liberal Arts Academy has had more students selected to attend the National Security Language Initiative for Youth program than any other high school in the country. Students have studied abroad in Russia, Turkey, India, Korea and Morocco.

• Henry Clay's Model United Nations - the only program of its kind in the state - is winning national and international recognition, led by the success of its Liberal Arts Academy members. Students attend conferences at Georgetown University and the University of Virginia this year!

• Liberal Arts Academy students are a force on the school's state championship Debate Team. Academy students often place in numerous categories and several of the students typically qualify for Nationals. The Henry Clay Debate Team won ten state championships in a row, 2013-2023.
