class Pets

Mushu is a bearded dragon who made his home in our lab 5 years ago.  Don't let his "rough" appearance fool you, Mushu is the sweetest!  He loves to be held, to eat collard greens and strawberries, and to take a "bath."  One of my favorite things about him is that he is now POTTY TRAINED!  

Shimmer, Flutter, and Blue Fin are our  beautiful betta fish.  They move slowly through the water in their habitats which make them relaxing to watch.  I bet you can guess which is which!

Iggy is a Lepoard Gecko who has lived with us for 4 years now.  She was my first science lab pet and I got her as a juvenile.  When they are young, they have yellow stripes and one of the reasons I chose her was because of his vibrant color.  She has grown a ton since then and now has his traditional adult colors of brown and white.
