Student Efficacy 

The strategic plan is intended to be a living and breathing document and we remain committed to the work identified as part of the strategic plan. In our process of continuous improvement, we’ve analyzed the strides made by our DEIB team. As we look to the next layer of work needed within our district, we aim to strengthen our processes and practices with a keen focus on Unity, Belonging, and Student Efficacy (updated Strategic Priority 2).   

In alignment with the change to the Strategic Priority and focus on this next level of the work within our district, the DEIB office shall become the Office of Unity, Belonging, and Student Efficacy. 

• Our office will still ensure diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for all students through holistic approaches.

• Continue to address systematic barriers and opportunities for historically marginalized groups.

• Continue to implement accountability measures and reporting systems to evaluate and monitor belongingness and unity  throughout the organization.
