Coaching Staff

Head Coach Taylor Adams (right)

Coach Adams joined the EJHDT staff in 2021 as head coach. During her five years of leadership at Hayes, she has led the team to 13 Kentucky State Championships and made school history by guiding the team to their first-ever UDA National Dance Team Championship Finals in pom, jazz, and game day. Under her direction, the team has made finals all five years and has consistently placed in the top 10 in the nation.

In addition to her work at Hayes, Coach Adams is a staff member at Lexington Dance Factory. Prior to joining EJH, she coached in Madison County for eight years. Coach Adams also teaches 6th grade language arts at Hayes.

Coach Williams joined the coaching staff in 2025 as assistant coach. She teaches 6th grade ECE at Hayes.
