2026 Honors Chorus Auditions
The FCPS Elementary Honors Chorus is comprised of 4th and 5th grade students from nearly every elementary school in the district. This is an auditioned group. Students must successfully complete the audition, scoring a 15 or above to be selected for Honors Chorus.
For those students selected from Ashland to participate in Honors Chorus, we will have afterschool rehearsals once a week beginning in January. Dates and times TBD.
The 2026 Honors Chorus event will take place on Tuesday, March 31st at the Singletary Center on UK's campus. This will be an all day field trip - students will leave Ashland at 9:15am, eat lunch and dinner at UK, and the concert will begin at 7pm. Students will need to be picked up at Singletary after the concert to go home - they will NOT be transported back to Ashland.
