Supplier candidates should document products, capacity, lead times, service territory, certifications, warranties, installation support, and references.

PARTICIPATION WORKFLOW — Select pathway → submit approved intake → complete authority, conflict, risk, and evidence review → align role → receive approved next action → execute required agreements → perform against documented scope and reporting standards.
