Tuition Deposit Instructions

At the top of this form, it will ask if you are a current student. Make sure to select the No option.

Then, fill out the form from the student's perspective.

Next, under Payment Description, choose Traditional Tuition Deposit.  It will automatically fill in the $200 requirement and allow you to enter any card information.
