Adopt-a-Cell
The FAU High School Solar Owls Automotive Racing (SOAR) team is working on our ALSET CyberSedan, our 4-seater solar cruiser. FAUHS SOAR will be the first solar car team in the Sunshine State to build a solar cruiser. The ALSET CyberSedan will compete in the 2024 Solar Car Challenge at the Texas Motor Speedway.
We invite you to support the team by adopting one or more of the 384 solar cells the ALSET Cybersedan uses to convert sunlight into electrical energy. The cost to adopt a cell is $25! All donations will go towards essential team operations such as purchasing materials for the car and travel expenses. For larger donations, please contact us for our sponsorship packet.
