Transcripts

Initial and Mid-Year Transcripts are sent through SCOIR to the colleges you have applied to. If your college or university does not use SCOIR, please provide Guidance with a specific contact to send transcripts to.

When will my final transcript be sent to my college? FINAL transcripts will be mailed/sent electronically by mid- June to the college you are attending. In order to have your FINAL records released (after graduation), all outstanding financial obligations must be paid in full; all service hours complete, and all credits completed.

I took DE classes, can you send my transcript? No, when you chose to take a DE class you became a college student and started your official college transcript. You must request these to be sent directly from the institutions to your college of choice.
