Consultation
To get started, simply meet with a FASTSIGNS® Sales Consultant in our Design Center or at your location. If you already have artwork or a sign layout, you can send us your files via our “send-a-file” web service.
Design
Your order then moves on to our Design Team where they’ll check and pre-flight files for production quality. Once the artwork is complete, our designers will email proofs to you.
Approval
Upon approval, our Design Team forwards your files and order to production for material preparation, to verify specification accuracy.
Production
Once the sign production is completed, your order moves to the Finishing Department where any required finishing details (grommets, hems, pole pockets, etc.) are added.
Quality Control
Once all work is completed, the material and order are inspected for accuracy and the signs are prepared for pickup, shipping or installation.
Installation
We are happy to assist you in scheduling a time for the installation to take place. Our team will work with you to find a convenient date and time that works best for your schedule.
Shipping
Should you require it, we can make arrangements for shipping to be facilitated. Please do not hesitate to let us know if this is something that would be of assistance to you.
Delivery
Our company provides delivery services on specific days of the week, offering convenience and flexibility for our customers.
