Account creation, login and authentication
Order processing, pickup and delivery coordination
Rider tracking, navigation and route assignment

We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers.
Camera – for uploading product images, identity proof, or delivery confirmation photos
Storage / Media Access – for uploading or saving order and verification files
Location (Riders only) – for navigation, delivery tracking, and operational safety
Internet / Network Access – required for core app functionality
Location may be collected in foreground or background during active deliveries only, and Riders consent to this while on duty.

We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

User account data is retained while the account remains active
Rider payout and financial records are retained as required under taxation laws

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
