Recruitment and Marketing is here to assist you in growing your patrol, while retaining and engaging valuable members.
Help local PRs and recruiters identify local events that draw our core demographic: Pre-season winter-sports events, like Warren Miller Films screenings, regional events, like Ski Dazzle, Snow Jam, and more. Large-scale bike events: Sea Otter Classic.
Provide collateral: Booth exhibits, posters.
Suggest effective tools: Free online scheduling tools, creating talking points for consistent messaging. QR codes, and data capture to funnel interested individuals to your patrol.
