Wellbeing Coaching
We offer students coaching sessions with Natalie our Wellbeing Coach, trained as a counsellor but with a wealth of experience working with Mind and with common mental health problems. Natalie will work with you to develop a plan to help you support yourself with the challenges you are experiencing.
Coaching can help with anxiety, panic attacks, stress, exam stress, procrastination and motivation. To get a coaching a appointment come along to a drop in session in the Wellbeing Centre and the counsellor on duty will talk you through the coaching process.
