What is Developmental Screening?


Screening is the process of measuring a child's development in the areas of:

 

 Why should I have my child screened?

Children grow and change rapidly through the early years. A screening each year before kindergarten helps parents know if their child is developing within the normal range for their age and can help the family know "what is coming next."
