FSD Activities

The Farmington School District offers a variety of summer camp opportunities for our students.  Use the buttons below to access information on each camp provided by our various athletic teams this summer.

Any student participating in activities for a Middle School or High School Sports Team, Cheer, Knightline, or Color Guard must have an updated physical form on file in the Activities Office.  This includes practices, workouts, camps, games, tournaments, etc.  A Physical Form dated 2/1/23 or later will cover this summer's activities.
