Hi and welcome to 3rd grade! My name is Ms. Arrigo and I am so excited to be here!!
I graduated with my Masters in Education: Teaching Elementary K-6 with a Teacher of Students with Disabilities endorsement. My Bachelor's degree is from Stockton University in Liberal Arts with minors in childhood studies and teaching students with disabilities.
This will be my 2nd year teaching in a public school. However, I have worked in a child center for early childhood education for a year, spent some time as a paraprofessional, and did my student teaching both in a self-contained classroom setting and general educational setting. A year of my student teaching was with Ms. Costelloe in 2nd grade and I loved every mintue of it.
I am looking forward to another great year at Farmingdale :)
Some fun facts about me :)
I love to travel and explore! I love learning about different cultures, traditions, and ways of life. So far I have been to Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, and Iceland. One of my goals is to teach abroad one day as well as visit all 50 of our states!
I enjoy volunteering with the American Cancer Society. I am a part of the Unity in Pink Committee and have been going to the ACS walks for years.
Some other activities I also enjoy are arts and crafts, cooking, spending time with my friends and family, and being by the water
