Farmersville Robotics Teams Shine at UIL 4A State Vex Robotics Championships
The Farmersville Robotics Teams have once again demonstrated their exceptional talent and dedication by securing 2nd place at the UIL 4A State Vex Robotics Championships. Teams 87490A Quantum and 87490Z Men In Purple, the only single-city team alliance for two consecutive years, showcased their remarkable skills and teamwork.
Team 87490A Quantum, composed of sophomores, had an impressive run with 6 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie. Their performance highlighted the undeniable young talent in Farmersville, proving that age is no barrier to excellence in robotics.
Team 87490Z Men In Purple, made up of juniors and sophomores, also had a strong showing with a 4-4-0 record. Despite the challenges, they teamed up with 87490A Quantum to make a spectacular run in the finals. The alliance outscored their opposition, but unfortunately, a minor violation led to their disqualification from the win, resulting in a 2nd place finish.
The Farmersville Robotics Teams have consistently performed at the top level against strong competition, showcasing their dedication, precision, and expertise in the field of engineering. Their achievements are a testament to the hard work and passion of these young engineers, and they continue to make their community proud.
Congratulations to Teams 87490A Quantum and 87490Z Men In Purple on their outstanding performance!
