As part of the Year 6 Arts Curriculum, students have the option to complete the Trinity Explore Arts Award which include:
Section A - Taking Part in Arts Activities
Section B - Exploring an Artist and Arts Organisation
Section C - Creating something
Section D - Sharing their journey
Performing, giving feedback to others and evaluating their own work is used during every project.
Perform with control and expression solo and in ensembles
Improvise & compose using dimensions of music
Listen to detail and recall aurally
Use and understand basics of staff notation
Develop an understanding of the history of music, including great musicians and composers
Rehearse and perform in school events
Use running, jumping, catching and throwing in isolation and in combination
