The Eagles set the state record for most points scored (222 points) by a boys' or girls' team and the largest margin of victory (138 points) on the way to its 3rd straight title.The Eagles brought 34 state qualifiers to the meet, with representatives in each of the 19 events including 9 in the 100m, 7 in the 200m, 6 in the 100H, 5 in the 1600 and 800m, 4 in the 3200m, LJ, TJ, and HJ, and 3 in the javelin. There were 34 placers in 18 events and the girls won 11 including: Alya Kretchman in PV (school record), Kaia Schneider in HJ (school record), Rose Gaye (100, 200, 400), Michaela Hjelseth in Jav, Kaia Beil in 100H, 4x800m (Lovehaug, Dietz, Bjerke, Lundstrom), 4x400m (Jahner, Donat, Korgho, Gaye), 4x200m (Gaye, K. Beil, Bachmeier, Donat), and 4x100m (K. Beil, Korgho, M. Beil, Gaye).The Eagles finished 1-2-3 in the javelin, 100m, 200m, and 100H. Kaia Beil won her 4th consecutive 100m Hurdle title. The 4x200m relay won its 4th consecutive title and the 4x100m relay its 3rd. Rose Gaye broke the school record in the 100m and 400m on her way to the 7th fastest times in ND history in each and being named the NDHSCA/Powerade Senior Athlete of the Year. The 4x100m set the state record (48.35) while the 4x400m ran the 8th fastest time (4:00.24) in ND history (16 hundredths off the state record), while the 4x200 was 28 hundredths off its state record from 2016. The Eagles had 6 second place finishers, Roseline Gaye (100 & 200), Sally Korgho (300H), Merritt Beil (100H), Megan Lndstrom (1600m), and Brooklynn Koenig (Jav), and 5 third place finishers, Emily Jahner (100 & 200), Sally Korgho (100H), Ryanna Becker (jav), and Kaia Schneider (TJ).

Midco Sports State Meet Highlights
The girls scored 285.33 points to win their 4th consecutive EDC title. There were 44 state qualifying performances, 14 top 10 performances, and Megan Lundstrom broke her own school record in the 1600m. New state qualifiers were Halie Harland (300H), McKenzie Burian (800m), A.J. Eberhardt (SP and Discus), Davina Fahnbulleh (TJ), and the 4x800 (Lane, Rude, Burian, Bjerke). The 4x200 relay team (Gaye, K. Beil, Jahner, Gaye) broke the EDC and stadium record.
All City 7th and 8th grade meet: The Discovery 7th grade girls won the meet by 52.5 points with 186 points and the 8th grade girls finished second with 152.
Fargo Classic: The team scored 299 points for the victory. There were 41 PRs, 20 state qualifying performances, 7 school top 10 performances, and one school record set by Megan Lundstrom in the 1600m.
Fargo Rotary Highlights: The team scored 206 points to win the meet. There were 17 PRs, 22 state qualifying performances, and 12 school top 10 performances. The 4x100 (K. Beil, Korgho, M. Beil, Gaye) and 4x200 (Gaye, K. Beil, Jahner, Donat) each broke the meet and stadium records on their way to school #5 all-time and state #7 & #8 all-time performances, respectively.
Packer Relays Highlights:
The team finished 2nd with 145 points, 14 points out of first with 14 girls competing in South Dakota. There were 21 individual PRs, 11 state qualifying performances, and six school top 10 performances.
Howard Wood Dakota Relays highlights:
10 individual PRs, 26 state qualifying performances, 12 school top 10 performances, 3 school records (200m, 4x800m, 4x200m), 6th fastest 200m in state history (Rose Gaye), 11th fastest 4x800m in state history (Lovehaug, Dietz, Henne, Lundstrom), 3rd fastest 4x100m in state history (K. Beil, Gaye, Jahner, Gaye), and fastest 4x200m in state history (Gaye, Korgho, Jahner, Gaye). The last portion of the meet was canceled so our girls didn't get to run in the finals of the 400m (Jahner), 100H (Korgho and M. Beil), 100m (Roseline Gaye), or the 4x400m (Jahner, Korgho, Donat, Gaye).
