We value the time that staff use to work together. If you need a pull out day for your team to work on EBR items, please fill out the form below!
Once the form is received, Liann will check to make sure the date works overall with the absences for that day. Then a confirmation will come from Liann to approve the day.
Once the approval comes, the team requesting the day will each need to put in a request for a day in ProLev.
