Start Date: August 10, 2026, 9 am Discovery tennis courts. 

Before you can participate at practice (still can attend practice but cannot participate until):

• Physical completed (during the current school year--Boys must be AFTER April 15) 

• Concussion form signed (parents logged into power school to complete)

• HIPAA medical release form (parents logged into power school to complete)

• Activity fee paid (during 1st week of practice or before in main office or online school pay)

• Parent student meeting aka Co-curricular class (take moodle class on line, watch video and answer questions) 

• Parent student meeting aka Co-curricular meeting time and date to be determined  Davies Theater (if first time sport or new to Davies High school)
