Fall Interest Meeting: October 27th, 6:30PM - Davies High School - Room H101 

First Day of hockey: November 10th, 2025

Tryouts: November 10th - November 13th

Picture Day: Monday, November 17th.  Link to order Best of Times Photography

State Tournament: February 25 - February 28th, 2026

Location: Scheels & Farmers Union, Fargo, ND

End of Season Banquet: March 9th, 6:30 PM Davies H101

Forms

• Activity Forms - (Co-op athletes see below for correct forms)

  • Forms to be completed in PowerSchool: 

    • Concussion Verification Form

    • Consent to Treat Form

    • Co-Curricular Parent Student Meeting

    • HIPPA Medical Release Form

  • Paper Forms:

    • NDHSAA Approved Athlete Physical Form

• Co-op Forms (Shanley/Oak Grove Families)

• Travel Waiver Form 

  • • Only used, if player is NOT returning to Fargo on the bus

    • Submit to Coach Rogers

    • Must complete 1 form for each trip.  

Academic Eligibility

Athletes must be passing 2.5 credits (5 courses) at each 3 week grade check.  Grade checks also occur at the end of each semester.
