Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise a team of techs and Team Leads to create schedules and assign daily tasks
Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Inspect all areas to ensure that they are kept clean and tidy.
Train new staff on project scope responsibilities and standards
Enforce schedules for the techs and Lead staff.
Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and order/ request new supplies as needed.
Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
Act on reports of any maintenance, repair or service issues and communicate to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree (preferred).
2 years Lead or Supervisor experience
SKILLS:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently.
Attention to detail.
Fluent English language skills
Spanish language skills (desired but not required).

Team Lead
The project site Team Lead, Environmental Services (EVS) Tech is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of the facility/ worksite within the contractor scope of work. This includes supervising a team of technicians, making sure they maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, and ensuring that all safety and health guidelines are achieved. The Team Lead will also be responsible for enforcing schedules, coordinating and assigning tasks, training, and assisting team members with questions or escalations.

Floor Care Technician
The floor care technician performs specialized floor cleaning and maintenance duties in a variety of settings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in floor care, including deep cleaning, shampooing,
extraction, stripping, and waxing floors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deep Cleaning and Floor Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of floors, including scrubbing, polishing, and maintaining various floor types (tile, carpet, vinyl, etc.).
Shampooing and Extraction: Operate floor shampooing and extraction equipment to deep clean carpets and rugs.
Strip and Wax: Strip and wax floors to restore shine and maintain a clean, professional appearance in high-traffic areas.
Floor Repair: Identify and address any floor damage or wear, and report issues to supervisors for repairs or further attention.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean floor care equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition.
Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste and cleaning chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of floor care or janitorial experience, including expertise in deep cleaning, shampooing, extraction, and floor stripping/waxing.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
SKILLS:
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
