Get an instrument for your student one of the following ways:
Rent from a local music store : THIS IS BEST AND MOST ENCOURAGED OPTION. It is important to rent an instrument from a reliable music store that has a repair service. Instruments will need repairs, and repair costs are included in the monthly payment. These music stores also offer “Rent to Own” plans. They provide good quality student instruments with warranties and repair shops. You can find a list of music stores HERE or in the registration forms linked above.
FRPS school instrument rental night : The music department has a limited number of instruments available for 1st year players only for a $50.00 yearly maintenance fee on a first come, first serve basis. Instrument rental night will be at Durfee High School North Entrance on Thursday, September 28th from 5-7 pm. THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF FRPS INSTRUMENTS. Instruments will be handed out on a first come first serve basis to first year players. Students may not get their first choice of instrument.
