Heart rate elevation activity - elevate your resting heart rate. Be creative and boring. Try to keep it elevated for over 5 minutes.
One of the best things you can do for your mental health is to be kind to others! Please find time today to spend 20-30 minutes doing something to help someone else out. Then write about it (just a few sentences) to explain what you did and who you helped. Some examples of things you could do: shovel a neighbor's driveway/sidewalk, help a younger sibling with school work, do extra chores for your parents, take the time to call a grandparent or other family member that would love to hear from you, etc. Please turn in hard copy paper or email me your act of kindness.
