What is a Flexible Learning Day?
"Flexible Learning " means a school day where a school offers full access to online instruction provided by students' individual teachers due to inclement weather and counts toward the hours of instruction in a school year. We will implement our Flexible Learning Day after the third day of missed school.

Snow Day Fun: If school is canceled, feel free to complete a day from this packet. Check off each task that you complete and feel free to share with us at school. Please do not stress over these activities, they are meant to be fun ideas to help fill your day!

Click the video to watch the book The Hat. After watching the video, have your child choose activities from snow day packet sent home. Here is a listing of the activities:
- Create your own hat
- Read and color "The Hat" book
- "That's The End" reflection
- "Who Took the Clothes?" comprehension
- ABC Order -The Hat
- The Hat Game-see cards and gameboard
Math Activities:
- Color the Hats-tens and ones
- Color and write numbers 1-100
- Roll, Draw, and Write-tens and ones
Get Moving:
- If weather permits, go outside and build something with snow. Take a picture and send it to your teacher!
