How long does this typically take to review and approve/reject an application?

• Please allow 60 days to complete this process. Some applications are quicker, some are slower.

What information needs to be included/attached to the application?

• Application completely filled out (including neighbor signatures).

• Plans/Drawings/Materials/Quality/Color information.

• Elevation drawing and Site plan showing where these changes are being requested.

• Photo of the property and area prior to any changes being made.
