Please allow 60 days to complete this process. Some applications are quicker, some are slower.
What information needs to be included/attached to the application?
Application completely filled out (including neighbor signatures).
Plans/Drawings/Materials/Quality/Color information.
Elevation drawing and Site plan showing where these changes are being requested.
Photo of the property and area prior to any changes being made.
