Mrs. Regier

My name is Allison Regier, and I am the Reading and English teacher for 5th grade. I received my Bachelor in Science Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2015. I began teaching at Cornelsen Elementary School as soon as I got my degree. I began my journey in Head Start/Pre-K. After my first year, I transferred to the 2nd grade where I taught for four years. As I was teaching, I went back to graduate school and earned my M.E. in Administration. My fifth year of teaching took me to 5th grade Reading and English Language Arts (E.L.A.). This is my third year in 5th grade. I have a passion for reading and writing, so I am beyond thankful that I get to teach what I love! I love to support my students' growth with collaboration, book studies, and projects. Learning is best absorbed when we can have fun, so I work hard every year to make the reading and writing process enjoyable. I enjoy every part of my job, and I am thankful for every student that I get to know throughout the year!
