Registration is completed online and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the director for access to registration materials and current enrollment information.
Yes! We welcome children throughout the school year if space is available in the appropriate classroom.
Our classroom ratios meet or exceed all state licensing requirements and are designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
Families provide their child's lunch each day. Our school provides snacks.
Depending on your child's age, items may include a backpack, lunch, water bottle, diapers and wipes (if applicable), and nap supplies. Teachers will provide a classroom-specific supply list before the school year begins.
We work closely with families to support children with allergies and medical needs. Please discuss any concerns with the director prior to enrollment so we can develop an appropriate care plan.
Teachers provide regular communication through classroom updates on Brightwheel and daily conversations. Families are encouraged to reach out whenever questions arise.
If a child becomes ill during the day, a parent or emergency contact will be notified and asked to pick up the child. Specific illness policies can be found in our parent handbook.
Yes. Fairview ECP follows an annual school calendar that includes holidays, school breaks, and teacher workdays. Families receive the calendar before the start of each school year.
We would love to meet your family! Please contact the director by phone or email to schedule a tour and learn more about our program.
Yes! We highly value outdoor play and learning experiences. Weather permitting, children spend time outside each day exploring, playing, and engaging with nature. We believe outdoor experiences support physical development, creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth.
We encourage families to send children prepared for the weather, including rain boots, snow gear, coats, hats, gloves, and sunscreen as needed. At Fairview ECP, we embrace all seasons and do our best to enjoy the outdoors throughout the year!
No, Fairview ECP does not offer summer programming. Our school year runs from August through May, and our program is closed during the months of June and July.
We understand that families often need childcare and enrichment opportunities during the summer months. While we do not operate a summer program, we do our best to help connect families with local summer camps, nanny opportunities, and other childcare resources to help bridge the gap between school years. As summer approaches, we are happy to share information and recommendations that may be helpful to our families.
Yes. Each classroom maintains its own waitlist when enrollment reaches capacity.
Waitlists start fresh each year after registration opens. Families who are unable to secure a spot in their desired classroom will automatically be placed on the waitlist for that class.
If an opening becomes available, families on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were added and offered the available schedule. If the opening is declined, we will continue down the waitlist until the spot is filled.
Because enrollment needs can change throughout the year, waitlisted families may be contacted at any time if a space becomes available.
